Check-in and Check-out

• You can check into your room on the day of arrival at 2 pm.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11 am.
• When travelling with navigation system, please enter Hauptstrasse 29 as your destination.

Included services and amenities

• Bed and breaktast buffet. You can take your breakfast at our restaurant from 7.30 - 10 am.
• Service, VAT, sauna area and use of the pool included in our prices.

Free services

• Free WiFi inhouse.
• Shuttle service to the rail station at Oy upon request.
• Safe for valuables at the desk.

Additional services and amenities

• If one person is staying in a double room, we charge an extra € 20,00 per day.
• Visitor´s tax is charged per day. Children of 2 and downwards free of charge, children age 3 - 12 = € 1,00, 13 years and up = € 1,80 per day.
• Dogs are welcome, if you bring their blanket or basket. We charge € 15,00 per day and dog.
• For the duration of your stay, you are welcome to rent a cosy bath robe for € 4,00 .

Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge up until 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel at a later date, we will have to charge you with 80% of the room rate.
• The same applies to premature departure.
• The guest has the opportunity to provide evidence that no or little damage was caused (paragraph 309, number 5b BGB (German Civil Code)
• We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
